Serving the Heart of Our Hometown
Hometown Hearts is dedicated to nourishing our community with compassion, dignity, and unwavering support. Founded by lifelong friends Amy Yocum and Michele Rupert after years of service through the Soup Kitchen, our mission is to meet the growing needs of individuals and families in Huntingdon with open doors and open hearts. Through our monthly Fresh Express food distribution, weekly free meals, and hands-on assistance for those facing crisis or hardship, we strive to ensure that no one in our hometown goes without care. Whether the need is food, guidance, resources, or simply someone to lean on, Hometown Hearts is committed to showing up with kindness, meeting people where they are, and helping strengthen the heart of our hometown—one person, one family, and one act of love at a time.
